Administrative Executive (Hourly)
The Singapore Association for Counselling is building a pool of Administrative Executives on an hourly engagement basis to support the Secretariat’s operational needs.
This role is suitable for A-Level graduates awaiting results, Polytechnic students, retirees, or individuals seeking flexible work hour arrangements. It contributes to the smooth day-to-day functioning of the Secretariat and the effective coordination of its activities.

- Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents only
- Proficient in MS Office applications, email platforms, WordPress and Canva
- Organised and attentive to detail
- Responsible and reliable
- Able to commit for the agreed engagement period
- Available to support occasional evening or Saturday events, if required
Engagement type
Temporary, hourly-rated engagement
Contract duration
1 to 3 months, with the possibility of continued engagement on an ad-hoc or project basis, subject to operational needs and mutual agreement
Work schedule
Based on operational needs. A regular weekly schedule may be arranged by mutual agreement. Flexible arrangements, including half-day blocks (9.00am to 1.00pm or 1.00pm to 5.00pm), may be considered where feasible.
Hourly rate
$11 to $15 per hour, commensurate with experience, scope of responsibilities and relevant qualifications
